Flora | The Australiana Edit
I am thrilled to introduce my latest jewellery collection, Flora | The Australiana Edit. This collection draws inspiration from the rugged yet delicate beauty of native Australian plants, transforming the unique textures and forms of our flora into wearable art. Each piece in this collection reflects a deep connection to Australia’s natural landscape, celebrating its resilience, beauty, and significance.
Australia is home to some of the world’s most extraordinary plant species, and I’ve taken great care to ensure that this collection embodies the essence of these beloved natives. From the intricate patterns of the Banksia Ring, with its ethically sourced tiger’s eye and white agate stones, to the textured elegance of the Gumnut Bracelet, each design pays homage to the plants that thrive in our diverse ecosystems.
The collection also features the Grevillea Chain, inspired by the clustered petals of the grevillea flower, where each chain link mirrors the delicacy of this native bloom. This piece offers a touch of everyday elegance while staying true to the organic inspiration behind it. And perhaps one of my favourite pieces, the Flannel Flower Necklace, captures the spirit of renewal and resilience that flannel flowers symbolise, as they flourish even after bushfires.
Sustainability and craftsmanship lie at the heart of Flora | The Australiana Edit. All pieces are available in 18k gold vermeil on recycled sterling silver or in recycled sterling silver with rhodium plating, ensuring that the collection is as environmentally conscious as it is beautiful. This is my way of honouring the land that inspired these designs, taking only what’s needed and giving back with every creation.
Whether you’re drawn to the strength of the banksia, the elegance of the grevillea, or the symbolism of the flannel flower, this collection allows you to carry a piece of Australia with you wherever you go. Each piece is not just a celebration of nature but a testament to its enduring power to inspire, flourish, and renew.
